RP Bioseparation Columns
Triart Bio columns with organic/inorganic hybrid silica are effective for separation of biomolecules such as amino acids, peptides, proteins, antibodies, and oligonucleotides. These columns with excellent chemical durability are usable under high temperature condition which is effective for improving separation.
Silica-based and core shell columns are also available as reversed-phase columns. Metal-free columns are available for improved sensitivity and peak shape of coordinating compounds such as nucleotides or oligonucleotides.

The balanced hydrophobicity and silanol activity of YMC-Triart C18 make it the ideal choice for the separation of acid, neutral, basic and chelating compounds and presents itself as a true versatile stationary phase. YMC-Triart C18 can be used at pH values of 1-12, at temperatures up to 70°C and even with 100% aqueous eluents and therefore, offers the greatest flexibility for every method developer!
