Hydrophobic Interaction (HIC) Columns
Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography Column, is based on a non-porous hydrophobic polymer and is effective for separation of proteins and antibodies such as Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs). It is designed and optimised for analysis and lab-scale purification of antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and other proteins.
Optimised surface modification and column packing method realise high separation performance. High-throughput analysis with a faster flow rate can be achieved by the rigid particle and moderate backpressure.
Effective for Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) analysis of ADCs
High resolution comparable to sub-3 µm with low operating pressure
Fast analysis at high flow rates
Excellent peak shape under high loading
